The purpose of personal data processing and the legal basis of the processing
The purpose of processing is the management of a contractual, consensual or legal relationship, such as communication, communication, customer support, implementation services and billing.

Register information content

Transferring data outside of the EU/EEA
Data is not transferred outside of the EU/EEA, unless required for the technical implementation of a service or for another justified reason. In this case, the registrar is responsible for contractual arrangements to ensure a sufficient level of data protection as required by law.

Data processing period
The registrar retains the data only as long as necessary for the purpose of the register.

The rights of data subjects
Data subjects have the right to request the registrar for access to personal data, to review or remove their personal data, and in some circumstances to transfer any data provided to another service provider.

If the processing of personal data is based on consent, the data subject has the right to withdraw consent. The data subject has the right to prohibit disclosure and processing of their data for the purposes of direct mail, telemarketing and other direct marketing, as well as market and opinion surveys.

These rights can be exercised by contacting our customer service. The request must be in writing and signed.

Automatic decision-making
As a rule, the data subject will not be subjected to significant decisions based solely on automated processing of personal data. The data subject will be notified separately about any automatic decision-making.

Notifying about a data breach
If there is a data breach, which is likely to cause a high risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons, the registrar shall notify the data subjects of the data breach.

The right of appeal to an authority
The data subject has the right to make a complaint to a supervisory authority if it seems to them that the processing of their personal data violates the applicable legislation.
